Straight answers about accounts, money and data.

Is Zhevio an official WhatsApp partner?

No, and we don’t claim to be. Zhevio is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) and is registered with Meta as a Tech Provider. A Tech Provider is not a Meta Business Partner, and Meta does not endorse Zhevio. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account through Meta’s signup.

Who pays Meta for messages?

You do, directly, on your own account at Meta’s rates. Zhevio adds no markup and doesn’t resell message credits. Meter shows the estimate before you send and the actual cost afterwards.

Do I need my own WhatsApp Business account?

Yes. You connect your number through Meta’s own signup inside Zhevio. The account, the number and your customer list stay yours.

Do the Vio agents cost extra?

Not with your own AI key, for example from OpenAI. Every licence includes all Vio agents on your own key. If you’d rather not manage one, Vio credits are a monthly add-on.

What does “lifetime” cover?

The modules listed in your licence and their updates, within your plan’s limits. Modules released later may be add-ons. Support covers the first year and can be renewed.

Where is my data stored?

On Zhevio’s servers in Mumbai, India. Meta processes WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger messages on its own systems, and the AI provider you choose processes what Vio sends it, under their own terms.

Which languages does it work in?

The app runs in English, हिन्दी, Español, Português, العربية and Bahasa Indonesia. Vio replies in the language your customer writes in.

Can I sell anything on WhatsApp?

Most things, yes. WhatsApp’s commerce policy doesn’t allow medicines, healthcare products, tobacco or alcohol to be ordered in chat, and Zhevio follows it.

I run an agency. Can I use it for clients?

Yes, with Partner Hub: client accounts with their own limits, your logo on your own subdomain, and billing for your clients. It’s a monthly add-on.

Is GST included in the price?

No. Founding prices are one-time, and 18% GST is added at checkout.
